How to reformat a multisession cdrw to normal cdrw?

I can erase the data in the multisession cdrw, but I format it?
Update:
How can I unclose the sessions. I want to use the full cd capacity...

All you need to do is backup all the files on the CD-RW, and then erase it, full or quick doesn't matter. After that format the disc with spared UDF(as know as Live File System on Windows 7/8/10) with Windows build in feature or third-party tool such as Nero InCD, that way you can add, delete, save changes to files on the disc anytime, use it just like a regular harddisk or flash drive.
