可嘗試重新安裝nod32 ,請執行下列步驟。

   1. 單擊開始→程序→ ESET →解除安裝。當您移除，您將需要重新啟動電腦。
   2. 重新開機後，單擊開始→我的電腦。瀏覽並刪除下列文件夾：
      XP 用戶:
      C:\Program Files\ESET
      C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\ESET
      C:\Documents and Settings\%USER%\Application Data\ESET
      Vista用戶：
      C:\Program Files\ESET
      C:\Program Data\ESET
   3. 閣下可以到以下網址下載ESET軟件到您的桌面上的Windows NT/2000/XP/2003/Vista （ 32位）：
      ESET Smart Security 4.0 ： http://download.eset.com/download/win/ess/ess_nt32_enu.msi
      ESET NOD32防毒軟件4.0 ： http://download.eset.com/download/win/eav/eav_nt32_enu.msi
      注意：您將需要獨特的用戶名和密碼下載ESET的安全產品。請參考您的確認電子郵件的信息或點擊到我們的網頁找回您的用戶名和密碼

在重裝前, 請確保ESET Personal Firewall Service已經移除, 方法如下

Windows XP:
   1. Click Start → Control Panel → Network connections. Right-click Local Area Connection and select Properties.      
   2. Select Eset Personal Firewall and click Uninstall.      
   3. Restart your computer.      
   4. Reinstall ESET Smart Security.

Windows Vista:
   1. Click Start → Control Panel. In the Network and Internet section, click View network status and tasks.      
   2. View status to the right of Local Area Connection. Click Properties.
   3. Select ESET Personal Firewall and click Uninstall.      
   4. Restart your computer.      
   5. Reinstall ESET Smart Security.
