if you have played with L628B @ 3600MHz, you will see!
I am not hard selling the efficiency of the waterblock, but u can try to search some results in other forums of L628B to compare with my result.

你search 下coolaler, XS... 就會知L628B121/126/223 係勁熱... 但好好超.
