For air/watercooling, 1.6V is too high for C2D 24/7 usage

原裝HS又行~1.4V, 在full load時好頂6x~70.c. (一般over 75.c 就藍畫面)
cpu try 1.41v, north bridge + 0.5V, (400x8), if temp below 70.c should be ok, when normal use will not hot.
if satisfy ~3G, keep using 原裝HS, otherwise change tower hs for crazy oc.

tower hs example, even new one not expensive.

if system stable at 3g or 3.2g, last thing you can try the ram if they can run, cl4,4,4,10 @ 2.1v. a-data 667 should be no problem.

除頻是set CPU FSB and DRAM speed ratio.

是如何決定的?
depend on what CPU FSB and DRAM speed and set the correct ratio.

for example you use 533 DRAM and E64, when bios select auto,  CPU FSB and DRAM speed ratio will be 1:1. If you set FSB to 333, then DRAM speed is also 333 and your DRAM will be running as 667 DRAM. ( your 533 DRAM in OC condition and it need higher voltage and loose timing to stable ).

some members (same motherboard model) posted their bios setting pictures over here, pls check them for reference.

CPU:Intel Core 2 Due E6300(配CM Hyper TX+AS5)
MB:ASUS P5B (最基本果張)
RAM:Super Talent DDR2 667 1G X 4
DISPLAY:ASUS X1950Pro(已改配Zalman散熱器及為VRM加AC Heatlink)
POWER SUPPLY:Delta Server Power 460W

小弟係新手...睇過大家發表既超頻心得同感想...
然後照住做..
例如上2.3G...
DRam 行667MHZ...外頻行333,倍頻行7X
PCIE 行100,PCI 行33.3
但係Cpu Vcore方面行auto...(唔識set)
ram 電壓都行auto(又係唔識set)
但係做完就開唔到機...
係咪仲要set DDR2 timing 之類?
ram 電壓要set 幾多先可以長超又穩定呢..0.0..

希望各位出手相助...唔該哂

有bios圖睇, 跟佢set, 但留意dram frequency 選項選 ddr2-533mhz 及 memory voltage 選2.1v 左右.

i use dfi inftnity975x/g e6600 super talent ram 667 1g x 2 what should i set in bios?i use clockgen and not + any voltage only go to 2.8ghz if higher will hand ? i see a member can over e6600 to 4ghz ? what is his setting ? + how many voltage ( cpu ram nb ) + voltage will burn the cpu ? or the ram ? or the MB ? or if the under 60'c no problem
