p5B-d BIOS 1004, E6300 L2 Stepping Q702A118 CPU 1.25V @ 2.8GHz 400 x 8 Orthos 3 hrs stable, with original Intel heatsink.

係唔係ddr2 667 , 係既話正常上到800, 不過加0.1v電壓穩定d

I have same config but the RAM cannot go to DDR 800. If I don't OC the CPU, set RAM to 800 can pass memtest. but set CPU and RAM to 1:1. Cannot boot PC.

should I change the RAM?

What CPU voltage did you use? I test 1.20V~1.25V, found 1.25 stable, but the L630XXX E6300 B2 stepping can do 2.8GHz just with 1.20V.

I just fix the PCI-E to 100 and PCI to 33.3, the rest are all Auto, EIST is enable so I have 2.4GHz ~ 2.8GHz too.
