胸肌都可以架,不過胸肌其實做掌上壓都好夠
條帶最主要練膊頭肌肉,或者大脾肌肉比較好

For broaden shoulder Deltoid and pact major are the muscles group you should train. I will teach you how to train up those muscles with the theraband. For resistance, it depends on yourself, if you are beginner, better start with red or green
