i think what they are trying to say is that the umbrellas lack product differentiation. Everyone knows 有錢咩都可以   , but at the same time, higher prices makes you less competitive. Most people here are probably looking for a good bargain. Ex. a cheaper price for a common off-street product, or a specialty product that is not available in the local market. This will in part justify the risks associated with buying from online, individual sellers.
This is basic business logic. Some suggestions of what you can do to make this 團購 more successful:
1. Lower the price.
2. Explain how your umbrellas differ from what's available locally.
3. Change the product and offer something that has more special features.
