或者我試下答,
ZM-VE300 的Virtual ODD 功能暫時只支援ISO 格式,
你需要自行將DMG 轉為ISO 先可以使用.

ZM-VE300 預設存放ISO 檔案的Partition 格式為NTFS,  
未來將會使用Firmware 更新方式支援FAT32 / exFAT.
如果你係急需要exFAT 的Firmware, 試下聯絡返Zalman,
睇下佢地可唔可以幫到你.

而One Touch Backup 功能暫時只有Windows 版本的專用軟件, 未有MAC OS.

另外, Write Protect 功能由Firmware 提供, 唔需要另外安裝軟件. 應該係所有OS 都支援到.
