I've bought a total of 4 notebooks from Newegg in the past years.

One of the orders got verification issue because the delivery address was different from the invoice address of my credit card (but my other orders also got different addresses).   

So check if you have the same delivery and invoice address in the order.  Perhaps some sellers on Newegg have such concerns.

  yes, it is the small differences in the address (floor, /F, unit/flat/apartment, etc) that caused the problem.  I had no idea as other online stores over the years never had this problem.

they should have reached out to me to clarify, not sat on it for 3 days and then void the order, and even blocked the entire account.

i did create a new account and used a second creditcard, this time they even debited the amount, and then voided and blocked a few minutes later.  now i have to wait for the refund...

took me a long time and online chatted with 3 of their reps to realise the problem.

if the price/discount of this laptop is not so low, i would not have wasted my time and told them to just fk off.
