我見網上話簡中係'單語言版'，無得download language pack change win11 language...

同埋佢個全國聯保係唔計香港保？

Most easy way is upgrade to Win 11 Pro / Enterprise
Then can change to ENG or CHT in Language Settings
Or download and make a ENG Win11 USB installer and clean install on the notebook(download drivers before do that)
I know has some other ways which you can Google easily

Regarding the 2 options suggestd in #2 -

1. Upgrade to win 11 pro is easy but pre-installed softwares will still be simplified Chinese; and

2. Clean install win 11 takes some more steps, everything in the notebook will be in English.  If you have cable connection to broadband, drivers can be downloaded automatically from Lenovo Support after the installation.

For clean install, do i need to provide my own license key for a clean installation of Eng Win11? or the clean installation will simply take the license of the simplified chin win11 associated with the laptop motherboard?

You don't need another key.  It will use the original licence of your notebook's windows.

Btw, you need to download a single language version of Windows in English (or Big5 Chinese), that's the licence of the Windows registered in your notebook.

其實唔係話Single Language 個license 本身同 Home 版通用既咩?

以前見依區上京東/淘寶買既預載單語言(簡中)版Windows10機既師兄, 都係自己上番MS 官網下載Home 版ISO 整番隻USB 手指, 直接重裝Home 版就已經得(即係轉到語言同識自動啟動)

定係依家上到Win11 之後唔得?
