normally I choose 1/5 of the capacity of battery, let's said 1000mAh battery as example, so 200mAh as the charge rate.  But it depends on you whether rush or not, if not rush charge up with longer time can enlonger the life of battery.

If you need it and go, so charge it with higher rate, it can be finished faster.

How long will it take to set 1/5 of the capacity of battery to charge ? Will it auto-stop ?

it depends on the health of your battery, as you may know, how many current goes through, depends on the impedance of the battery.  It will auto stop when finish, and show the word "END"
