@Daryl Sansevero, I share your enthusiasm re: sound quality of the PHA, but the number of defective units has got to be very high. My first unit was defective (faulty MP3 player and DSD); and CD sent me a replacement that failed the day I got it. They agreed to replace the second failed PHA, but this 3rd unit failed within 2 weeks, So now I have been thru 3 PHAs, all defective. Customer service no longer replies to my requests to honor the 1 yr warranty, so I am stuck with a defective PHA.

In addition, customer service (Lizzy) basically told me the Pro/Pro X campaign was dead, and CD has no intentions of sending out any Pro/Pro X units. Lizzy did say that her "higher-ups" were trying to find some way to compensate everyone who supported the Pro X campaign, but gave no further details. I have not heard anything from them in several weeks. Well, good luck and enjoy your PHA for as long as it lasts...
