Thank you for your patience and understanding. The current status and the shipping plan has been postponed and we apologize your experience.

(Explain problem)

As you may be aware, a big production delay damage was called against our major suppliers in China last month. Because of this unfortunate situation, our production plan was postponed delaying the process for a while. Our team decided to shift the production site to Taiwan now. We are sorry that this bring tremendously frustrating, if temporary, problems.

We are literally working with our current supplier to resolve the issue. The components have arrived to Taiwan and are ready to start the production process. We expect to our manufacturer to complete PHA first and the deadline: which is set up on September 15th. After completing PHA, we will work on PRO X right away to continue the final work.









Our biggest concern is to manage the problem and fulfill your perks as quickly as possible. Again, we apologize for these problems. Thank you for bearing with us through these days and our team promise all the final work would be shipped to every backer. Thank you!

I did not request a refund, and you have no means to refund my contribution, as I no longer have the credit card I used. Trying to strongarm me out of this campaign of lies and deception by stealing my contribution makes sense from the standpoint of an unethical company like CD. Especially when that company is trying to cover-up their shady business practices. Pushing out one of your most vocally opposed backers may make sense now, but I assure you, it is an action which you will deeply regret

There are few things more valuable than honesty. It’s certainly far more valuable than an obsolete $275 hi-res player. The way I see it, you can have a life filled with the stress and worry of having to keep a web of lies straight in your head, or simply tell the truth every time. It might cause you a bit of a fuss, but at least it’s over.
The liar however, has only delayed the inevitable. Their day will come and they know it.
They fret.
They worry.
It tears them apart inside.

學Troy Hoyt咁整理返佢由開始到而家點延遲同改野上去貼堂
去埋佢地AMAZON賣野果度貼應該好快手
應該可以極速REFUND(就連冇申請過REFUND都會話REFUND左)
