As backers we will not get a refund. What you can do is spread the word about this company and their scam. Help spread the word (i.e. other forums) so that others know. Make it known their company name is synonymous with scam.

Due to the refund process will be handled by the accounting dept, there are some instructions may need your help, please kindly review the summary:

1) Please kindly provide your PayPal account for a refund transfer. To avoid massive processing fee will be charged by our backers.
We strongly suggest backers provide their PayPal account for their refund.

2) The total refund will be 90% of your original amount. Total refund will be USD$247.5 (USD$275*90%). All the backers have the same refund policy.  

3) The refund process usually takes at least 60 days to complete your refund application followed by the date of backer's refund final information collected.
We are sorry if there is any inconvenience. The accounting dept. has their own working schedule for refunds and we will try to ask them to process it soon.
