全碟寫零一次已經足夠
無必要破壞隻碟
仲有如果啲數據係敏感嘅
就應該一早用全碟加密
萬一壞碟連 Wipe 都唔 ...

硬碟新買返嚟
可以用 VeraCrypt 開一個加密碟區
然後掛載個加密碟區放啲檔案入去

加密碟區入面啲野無密碼係極難解密
只會係一堆無意義嘅隨機數據

由 Windows Vista 開始
內置嘅 Format 工具完整格式化嘅時候
會先將整個分割區寫入零
然後先至寫入檔案系統
