If our usage is not that much, rival's prepaid sim (年卡) is still the way to go.  For instance, I'm using duck sim on ipad mini 5.

someone bought 10 to 20 sosim on day one, bad move

I'm using $138 21Mbps 數據王, just checked that the DL and UL speed (HK island) are 23 and 5.5 Mbps respectively, not affected
