but if the usb-c cable itself has e-marker chip, then ok, I guesss?

You need a 12V version (+ adaptor, if necessary)
This one is coming with 5.5mm (2.5mm) DC plug

要留意部份laptop原裝牛，個插頭除咗正、負極，仲會多咗一pin，畀部機用嚟檢測是否已插入所謂原裝牛。
而呢類PD誘騙線只提供對應誘騙電壓畀DC插，例如9V、12V、 15V、或20V (睇隻牛嘅PDO)，沒有提供檢測pin，所以未必一定叉到電。
