寫bot係可以犯法... Buddy德國bot比Blizzard告緊.. 因為令到佢有"損失"
判詞係咁講

其實法庭著重既係... 你用呢個BOT或者做呢個BOT既目的同後果.. 當中有冇構成任何"利益"/"損失"....
即係好似用BT唔犯法.. 但你用黎發老翻就犯法... 道理一樣...

但"首先"... 佢要proof到你係bot先..

唔好將 Trading Bot 同 scraper 混為一談
Trading Bot 用 MQL 跟足 T&C, 俾足晒錢嘅, 當然唔係犯法野。
同埋係咪犯法野唔係你或我覺得係定唔係，法例白紙黑字寫晒嘅

如果個list 有100stock , scrap 時做100次request, 係咪已經有問題?
