剛裝 WINDOWS 版試用,似乎唔易用,仲有係好似未能兼容到 VDI,如果想將已做好既 XP VDI 過渡新系統似乎唔可行,都係嘗試裝 VIRTUALBOX 好D,雖然尋晚裝既 ROBOLINUX  VM 本身自帶左,應該未來可作首選裝後再自行 INSTALL WINE 同 ANBOX 等,但由於我塊主板跑唔到,只能用 LINUXLITE,所以又暫時打住.先開返個 VM 嘗試安裝埋個 VIRTUALBOX 先

Wine 4.9喺打機方面都係進一步改善打機手掣相容能力,至於HPET/HPCT支援可以令節奏/格鬥/賽車/射擊類遊戲嘅按鍵反應處理更快判定更準,而且HPET/HPCT對音質改善方面都有啲幫助。

The Wine development release 4.9 is now available.

What's new in this release (see below for details):
  - Initial support for installing Plug and Play drivers.
  - Support for building 16-bit modules in PE format.
  - A lot of code moved to the new KernelBase DLL.
  - Various game controller fixes.
  - Use higher performance system clocks if available.
  - Various bug fixes.

下年Vulkan將會發展到正式支援光線追蹤同影片編/解碼,到時就可以一個Vulkan API搞掂晒打機嘅3D模型Render同埋播放過場動畫影片,喺Wine、VKD3D、DXVK、D9VK另一類API轉換層程式更新之後Linux/MacOS應該享受到,另外Win7亦有機會透過Vulkan享受更高效能嘅播放影片解碼/影片轉檔編碼/直播即時編碼體驗。

PotPlayer/MPC-BE/VLC/mpv/LAV-filter遲早都會搞Vulkan支援。
DXVA to Vulkan將會係Vulkan吸客狀大陣營嘅Project。

Vulkan Video is on track for debuting in H1'2020 for exposing video encode and decode under the Vulkan API. Initially they will be supporting the H.264 and HEVC video codecs and only later will there be VP9 and AV1 support.

The Vulkan Ray-Tracing work is being based on the existing VK_NV_ray_tracing extension from NVIDIA but with various additions and other changes to make it more applicable for the different software and hardware vendors.

Helping out for adoption is Vulkan Ray-Tracing is looking at "substantial compatibility" with Microsoft DirectX Ray-Tracing (DXR) while keeping to Vulkan's design.

DXVK 1.4版已經可以令遊戲偵測到系統Run緊DX11.4,雖然未有HDR輸出但至少做到HDR偵測可能過多排就做到HDR輸出。
另外都改善咗Mapping方式應該會明顯Feel到效能有高咗啲同更慳CPU資源。

Features
D3D11 runtime interface
D3D11 interfaces were updated to D3D11.4, which is the latest version available in Windows 10 (1903). This introduces a number of new API features, some which are supported by DXVK if the underlying Vulkan driver supports the corresponding features.

The following features are optional and are currently not supported:

D3D11.2: Tiled Resources
D3D11.3: Conservative Rasterization
D3D11.3: Rasterizer Ordered Views
These features may be implemented in the future in case any games make use of them.

This change fixes a crash in Plants vs Zombies - Battle for Neighborville, which requires at least a D3D11.3 runtime.

DXGI runtime interface
To match the D3D11.4 update, DXGI interfaces were updated to DXGI 1.5.
This allows application to query for HDR support. HDR itself is not supported.

Support for GDI interop with DXGI surfaces was added to fix an issue with the Rockstar Game Launcher. Note that the launcher itself also requires fixes to Wine's Direct2D implementation, see #1196.

Resource mapping improvements
The d3d11.allowMapFlagNoWait option is now enabled by default, which may improve performance in certain games. An issue that would prevent it from working correctly in The Witcher 3 and other games has been fixed, and synchronization now behaves more like it would on a native D3D11 driver.

Note: This change may introduce regressions. When reporting a bug, please check whether setting d3d11.allowMapFlagNoWait = False in the configuration file fixes your problem and include this information in your bug report.

Bug Fixes and Improvements
Fixed a potential performance issue in games making heavy use of Deferred Contexts, such as Dark Souls III and Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice.
More accurate resource tracking may in some cases lower CPU overhead slightly.

Proton係Wine嘅改版由Valve(Steam嘅營運公司)整嘅,已經整合埋DXVK、D9VK、fAudio、VKD3D(喺特別分支版)方便玩家Download完唔使Set好多野就可以玩到Windows版嘅Game,最新4.11-6版已經更新好啲輔助組件。

不過 UBUNTU 全面 64BIT 後未必可以再行 WIN32 同埋 DOS GAME,為一個可能變數,到時可能要用返 DEBIAN 先得,MX 同 LINUXMINT 都係 BASE ON UBUNTU,換言之有機會追隨除非佢地另外自行二三度開發

至於能否如以往運作,過多一個月正式版本 19.10 就有答案

     ReactOS 0.4.12 似因為WINE 更新而有新的突破

過去多個版本都未有 VM 因覺冇需要,但見新版似"不同了",就決定比個機會試試啦,VM 前會先搵參考第一個 SETTING 到底係咩
