有部份app係只support firmware 2.1 beta. 而家個official仲係2.04, 你check下你係唔係用2.04,如果係就裝唔到的。

個transfer speed問題極有可能係router或係線問題, 我有成53MB/s.

你意思係用NAS裡面個file explorer過, 定係在windows內move file?  如果在windows內過, 有可能佢會nas去windows再回返去nas的。要真正試應該用nas內file explorer先夠快。
