Sucessfully cancelled 2 orders through US Apple Staff.... Helping my friend to cancel his but he used chinese address.... I doubt that they would cancel it for me.

I answer : i place it in california but in Hong Kong site

Apple staff answer : You will need to contact customer service for Hong Kong as we can not do anything on those orders.
