Well.... There is no guarantee it works... I have tried DHL & Fedex. Every-time they will quote "Apple requires them to delivery the item to the delivery address before accepting customer's further request such as changing delivery address or self-pickup." However, if you fight with them, they will do another special arrangement for you

when you order, they will lock your credit limit but not yet transfer

so when they transfer the money, if the card is invalid, they will prompt you to input another credit card.
