1.3       零件和人工。Apple 會負責提供零件和人工,但可能會指示您自行更換某些可立即安裝的零件,如下所述。Apple 在提供產品維修時,可能會使用全新或整修的零件或產品,以及性能與穩定性等同於新品之零件或產品。Apple 保有維修期間汰換下之零件或產品的所有權,而您則保有替換零件或產品的所有權。汰換下之零件和產品一般仍可進行維修,因此將由 Apple 更換或維修以保持其價值。若有適用法律要求 Apple 將汰換下之貨品退還給您,您同意支付 Apple 替換貨品的零售價格及運費。

Parts and Labor. Apple may provide both parts and labor, but may direct that you replace certain readily installable parts yourself, as described below. In servicing your product, Apple may use parts or products that are new or refurbished and equivalent to new in performance and reliability. Apple will retain the replaced part or product that is exchanged during service as its property, and the replacement part or product will become your property. Replaced parts and products are generally repairable and are exchanged or repaired by Apple for value. If applicable law requires Apple to return a replaced item to you, you agree to pay Apple the retail cost of the replacement item and shipping.

It clearly mentioned "Or Product". That's means Apple can either repair your device using new/refurbished parts OR they can replace the whole product (Meaning your device) with a new/refurbished one.

Don't get me wrong, I don't like "Service Unit" too. If possible, I always choose to repair my original device.

    第一我揀左佢10台Service Unit無一台完全正常,例如流動數據號碼無放SIM會顯示10隻0一係就機身表面有刮花.我不知道機????面有無內傷.所以我Reject.

咁只代表佢 services 差
唔代表佢 比 services unit 你係違反商品說明

佢商品說明清楚列明有咩功能
而services unit 比齊咁多功能你, 已經無違反商品說明
而係揀左10部都有事, 佢有無再比你?? 而唔係比一部壞既你當好既用, 你有權換到岩為止
咁佢又點違反商品說明 ???

你要證明佢違反商品說明, 首先係證明左佢services unit 同商品說明有咩唔同先再講, 唔好再 "懷疑" 入面有咩唔同啦...
香港法律, 舉證責任係控方, 唔係由 apple 話點解唔係.....

    令一個層面Apple係唔肯拎證明保證Service Unit機係同零售機一樣規格連Model都唔同左.但APPLE 政策就白紙黑字寫明同等功能及規格.
