the flagship shop still didn't ship out the product, and according to tmall's rule they have to pay 30% of product price (in the form of tmall credit) if they do not ship within 72 hours...
i ask for refund and they ask me to change the refund reason from "delay shipment" to "i don't want it", and i refuse
let's see what happen .....
but so far very disappointed about the service of their flagship shop...
you should check if you can get the info from SF, they can just input the shipping invoice number without actually asking SF to collect it, i got the SF number last night, but up until now, SF still do not have the information
I've ordered v116w on 26, and the shipping code received on 27. However SF RECEIVED the goods on 29 afternoon........
Now I am waiting SF to transfer to my address.... (actually over 72 hours@@)
