Oh, I am luckier... I bought it from TB and found it in the first day.
I returned it and they deliver a new one for me. so far so good....
Seems hardware problem.
Where did u buy ?

    I brought from Shumshuipo, water goods, can't change in this moment cause of shortage. Now, I flushed newest ROM from AINOL website, it seems normal in this two days. But the touch screen sensor is not accuracy in the lower parts of the screen near the task bar. Which rom do you using?

now using essential clean rom 1.0a.
the touch area on the camera side is no good, seems hardware fault
