so far i do not recommend v116w at this moment, because if there are any issue on the win 8.1 then you are screwed....
win 8.1 image downloaded from their official website is indeed for v820w... many things doesn't work..

u also flash the win 8.1 using the mirror image from official site?
if you plug in a usb mouse and go to system, you should see it is shown as a v820w, right?

btw, i believe your android is also deleted, right? guess you already figure it out that you need to put the droidboot.img fromthe 32gb rom package to the 64gb rom package in order to make the package work and flash back the android.....
