I did not try to change the language.  But I would love to change to English.

Did some searches online and found that win8 tablet mostly come with single language win8.

nope, i try to install the language pack manually and screwed the system, so i need to re-install the rom to recover it, and the v116w rom i downloaded from onda is actually v820w after installation, moreover it deleted the android partition as well, hor hor

can you help me to check if they have the real v116w rom as i am fighting the refund with them? :p

all fw available on their website are fake, i download the android fw and try to recover the android portion, but it is a wrong file....

ok,  i recover the android portion by combining their 32gb and 64gb android rom (the 64gb rom does not contain droidboot.img, i use the file from 32gb rom image instead)
now trying to figure out how to ecover the windows...
