我凸言有個想法!
1D, 5D 用FF
如果中階頂級機可以用APS-H，低階機原用APS-C。
出部7Ds用APS-H，行Dual DIGIC 5、19 點十字自動對焦、7-8 fps，
買萬四至萬六

唔奇架... 有過類似傳聞: 因為1D, 1Ds 合併左, 5D3有上調空間, 7D後繼機6D 都可能USD2000 度有aps-h 甚至FF 忝 (再次講明係傳聞+預猜)

1DX 12FPS有追焦有測光, 14FPS 只能jpg, 只有第1下對焦+測光, 之後果d全程黑畫面用相同參數連拍

    我就覺得唔會喇，x1.3又冇專用鏡支援，遠得少少但廣角就出問題，我不如用x1.6好過，起碼鏡群算齊
如果aps-h唔係用1系機身機能搭救邊會有人買
變做中階機冇左機身優勢真係等死

1DX 14fps use mirror lockup mode. i.e. after mirror lockup, I doubt Canon have extra sensor like Sony that do refocusing. So its almost sure the rest of the 14fps mode going to be same as the first shot.
The mirror box of FF much bigger than ASP-C. And that's why even 1fps more is so hard/or price so high.
Unless you do without using the mirror box action like Sony do with transmission mirror technology, its unlike to up more (cost etc)

I think this ten generation of EOS (i.e. X) finally bring back to a Nikon D3s level. And may be more when we can finally compare more apple to apple on CMOS noise and ISO performance when the real products show up for test.
You may say it match the D3s in spec and do more (video side of course Canon strength.. but also the target of SONY and Panasonic in that front)
what lacks before in their 1D lineup finally there, and may be more.

Nikon WILL not have no release before Olympic  year (and time for ppl to get use to the new camera). So hopefully great update from Nikon as well.

Hopefully this new AF points config system will (it should!!!!!) flow down to their lower end models.
(I mean if you design a new AF config system, shouldn't you use it in your other lineup to lower the cost and not support more... but we never know about Canon)

BTW, compare to the pictures posted. Canon 1DX has wider spread of AF points(0.2 of screen from edge) than Nikon D3S (0.3 of screen). The 2nd column already cross type, instead only middle groups are cross type.
So hopefully the result are good. (yet to see real product review)
