xga should be enough, the Pixel Pitch of the iPad is around 0.1925mm, whereas a Dell U2410's Pixel Pitch is around 0.27mm

9.7'' 黎講 真係1D 都唔叫 高 resolutions
好多手機3吋幾 都已經係800*480
SONY 8'' 已經可 ...

因為 ipad..要 full screen run埋 iphone Apps..
iphone 係用 240  x 320
如果要 full screen run  到iphone apps..就一定係 1024 x 768
如果ipad 係 1280 x 720 or 1366  x 768 呢...
run iphone apps 上黎 full screen 會有黑邊...
佢又唔可以再高d 因為再高d 行 240 x 320 既 apps 會爆晒狗牙..係1024 x 768 先岩岩好....

Good point，重有，要唸埋訊源同processing power 既問題，resolution高左，點距又要幾多？唔係的字／畫面細粒哂就好難睇，夾硬整番大粒，咁要high resolution又做乜？將一個9寸screen出倒 1920x1080，睇高清片都好，又係咪有大分別，定係只會浪費電力／processing power去處理？

好多PC users只對configuration有無限要求，忽略產品真正既可用性，俾都唔知自己要乜既user帶住走，產品就會失敗喇

an iWork suite by Apple, if you want something like Quick office, there is also apps for that,, so don;t you worry about the productivity apps...

如果 1024 x 768 再高一級既 4:3 應該d 字細到你睇唔到
有d人問點解唔 1280x1024 ? 因為係 5:4..唔係 4:3 黎..

佢個解像度唔係淨係比你睇戲用..
佢本身用黎打 ebook..用黎睇書..
1024 x 768 就岩岩好...d 書又唔會出 16:9 ver....

我冇話過ipad 點樣差點樣唔好
我只係唔同意有巴打話1024*768 係高resolution...

呢樣野始終係一件新款 新design 的 hardware
又賣到USD $499
對佢有多少少要求 一D都唔過份

NDS / NDSL / NDSi / NDSi LL 都一直用同一個解像度
都一直好多fans
只要有好的軟件支持
便是一部好的機器
但也不得不否認NDS 解像度低的問題

鐘意apple 唔係壞事
但係唔好只係睇到他的好
而選擇性睇唔到壞處

如果講到ipad 係 for multimedia / games /
佢support 唔到flash
解像度不高 都係一個事實

講到support iphone / ipod touch 的 software
如果個mon 做到高 resolution 就一定有其他解決方法
你地接受到睇戲有黑邊
點解接受唔到向下兼容 iphone 的 apps enlarge 完有黑邊?
同埋ipad 一出
就一定會有apps only on ipad / 而唔support iphone / ipod touch

smartphone 都一樣有好多唔同的 resolutions
好的programmer 只需做多少少野 就可以改到output 出黎的解像度
應該不難理解吧
