    因為用Netvigator會自動送個NowTV比你, 雖然只可以睇免費台

唔知佢個錄影功能包唔包括now tv嗰啲節目。如果得，真係換得過。

不過我部買咗無幾耐嘅MTV 8000D就會變廢鐵。無理由將部4K盒子篤落部1080嘅MTV度錄影的，犧牲咗佢嘅4K畫質。

The exact function is not specified so far.  My _guess_ is that it could merely be the same virtual server-based Now Record Service function you already have from the old Now TV boxes, i.e. can be kept for 10 days only and are limited to specific channels.

Obviously I don't want your MTV8000 to become 廢鐵.

Even after 1080p output became popular it toke some years for hardware to support 1080p (input) encoding to be viable in a consumer device.

Even 4K/60 is not universal in the latest output devices, so it will take a long time before a viable consumer-grade solution for 4K/60 real-time HEVC encoding shows up.

MTV有無可能做到4K訊號passthrough? 即錄影時用1080p，唔錄影或熄機時可以畀Now嘅4K通過?

如果唔得，好難可以同時享受MTV轉台嘅方便同埋4K嘅畫質。
