我用MTV7000d預校錄影Now TV 或Cable TV時, 有時會未能成功轉台或轉錯台, 以致錄錯台, 建議Magic TV能在開始預錄後一分鐘再次自動發送紅外線轉台訊號, 以確保成功為預錄轉台 .謝謝

Please try to reposition the Magic TV IR cable to a more optimal location with respect to the Now/Cable box IR receiver position.  And leave the Now and Cable boxes powered on before any scheduled recording.  If it cannot be improved you may consider taking the unit and the cable to Magic TV office for checking.

即係我響街睇 now，同時間屋企睇 TVB 有冇問題？ 同埋係咪要長開先得？

1. Yes, for some scenarios.
2. No problem for this scenario.
3. It needs to running, or in "Fast Start Up" standby mode instead of any energy saving standby mode.

唔關IR receiver位置事, Now TV / Cable TV box 亦長開, 有時約10次預錄, 有1次係冇成功轉啱台, 所以我提議開始預錄後一分鐘自動再發送多一次轉台訊號,
平時Magic TV轉台係冇問題, 係預錄時就間唔中轉唔到台
