so?  you could try. even your portable WLM don't need administrator privilege to run,
network admin could still block you by port blocking, packet filtering

msn ip and port is 65.54.189.86:1863, i could block this.
even new msn could change the port, using 443/80 to login, there still other methods to block,

so, don't think you could escape

it depends company policy to block or not, not your will to use or not

if i install NetOP,  or Anyview, you never escape, even your privacy!

基本上剩低既係睇政策實行程度去到邊
好聽d講 俾你搵到方法用到 公司唔捉係一回事
如果佢真係要捉 而你仲去搵方法上 都可以算係踩鋼線
