Unplug power cord.
Open up the Magic TV and disconnect system HDD cables.
Retry.
If you have another 12V 4A power supply, try that too.

Other than power adaptor/hdd/mainboard issues, heat is also a real matter of concern. Better put it on a notebook stand with cooling fan (if not yet).
