you can control from G-code or direct programming, but the http://goo.gl/dJpxac's doc is wrong, because the white color should be 50%, then mix up other color like the traditional 4 color printing. i have already done this type of program and tested with color sensor can change the color within 3mm filament, now i am working on the stepper position because 5 extruder is too big and will show later,

我說混色不行, 不是指同時控制多個步進電機會有困難 (不會有困難吧). 混色不行, 是因為黏稠的膠料實在難以完全混和. 強來, 頂多就是給你雜色, 距離混色的期望是非常... 非常... ... 非常... ... ... 的遙遠. 雜色是意義不大, 想想看, 於哪應用會有實用功能?
