溝炭纖打印, 有無ching會試呢?

今日生果介紹左部 炭纖3D打印機 , 好似幾吸引, 打印出黎既野堅硬好多.

上網搵黎睇下, 價錢就唔多吸引, https://markforged.com/order-mark-one
唔知有無 ching 會買黎試.

又或者會唔會有人嘗試去改機, 唔知要點改至可以用到?

講就好似好強.  只係... 示範片段中的成品, 都只係叫訪問的人 用手去感受一下 係唔係好硬, 仲要明顯係就住來.  而且... 一係就無比較, 一係就跟尼龍比.  作者自己對自己的產品也無信心, 叫人點可以有信心?  ( 有信心的話, 早就應該已找來 ABS PLA 和 他的新物料 印的東西 , 做負重至破壞測試 + 拍片上網.)

先觀望一比較好....

如果佢deliver到佢所講的強度 (比6061T鋁還好小小), 真係好正.  但佢部機貴到無論, 料錢我未搵到但估都好貴.  咁, 暫時以相同付出前題下, 我不如買部CNC正正經去銑鋁或甚至鋼/其他金屬. 希望有日呢個方法會平落嚟等平民都玩到啦.

    If they are using carbon nanotube, that will be great.  You can only order the Carbon Fiber and which seen using some special nozzle, not the normal one.

絕對好奇

以小弟睇過用炭纖製造嘅紀錄片，並唔係單單鋪一層上去咁簡單，
要鋪幾層，仲要好似做夾板咁樣，將啲炭纖布紋理交叉重疊，
特製膠水，真空吸索定型，再加焗爐侍候先至得！

3dxtech has the carbon nanotube pla and abs for sales, and much cheaper then this one..

The maker said the filament contains continuous  carbon fibre inside, but I think its product strength is not comparable to traditional carbon fibre counterpart, because the strength will be highly anisotropic in this case.  The junction between filaments do not improved on the paper at least.

1.5kg 就 106, 即係 大約 70 蚊美金 1kg, 而 makebot 原裝既 ABS 都要 48蚊美金, 以原裝對原裝比較既話, 又唔係貴好多.
不過, 家陣玩開 cheap cheap 既淘寶膠, 幾十蚊人仔, 相差就好大了..
