[Windows 10] chkdsk /f orphaned files

i ran the above command on my external HDD and it returned a result saying there are 9 orphaned files.  I would like to know how to locate these files and permanently delete them,  this HDD is attached a wifi router and I am using it for remote access to the files.  But this HDD keeps crashing my router and i can only use the router after disconnecting the HDD.

Can any ching please help?  I am now trying to use chkdsk /r to fix the HDD but it took a long time to finish,  still working.

WIN10 未必可以再沿用返以前學過既 DOS 指令於 SAVE MODE 運作,可能要再 UPGRADE 一下
