Sound Card 金鐘罩

What 金鐘罩、铁布衫 are you using for your sound card, already build-in, ERS (Electro-magnetic/Radio Frequency Suppression) paper, anti-static bag, a metal board on the adjacent PCI slot, or a piece of metal to surround your sound card?
