[操作疑難] Serious issue with Android browsers (FF, Chrome)

New problem as discussed here

Symptom: long-pressing back (return) button on bottom navigation bar does NOT deploy history under the very same tab page...
Not only FF is affected but also Chrome also shows same problem

Affected phones:
- Samsuck Note 10 Lite (system 13)

Non-affected phones
- Note 4 (6.0.1)
- Note 9 (10)
- XCover 5 (11)

Any similar issues on other phone models/systems?
