About Credit Cards -

It has got to the point where there are too many without credit card questions, that i think i need give pointers out.

You can apply for Debit Card  or Spending Cards, which is what they call it in Hang Seng Bank.

A Visa Spending Cards Allows you to shop at sign with Visa and Purchase Online. There are ZERO credit limit. You have to transfer money into it before you can buy anything Which means it is PERFECTLY safe for online transaction.

My last research for well over a year ago, but to my knowledge there is only 2 Visa Spending Card in Hong Kong at this moment, Hang Seng Enjoy Spending Card, and Hang Sang Alpha Card.
For Enjoy card you must be 18 or over, Alpha Card you must be 15 or above.

Using this you can buy Apps with your Spending Card without the fear of losing any money due to credit limit.

Of coz the only hassle is you have to transfer the money in, which i thought is a good thing as it could limit your lose and think before you buy.

I hope this help those who want to spend a few dollars on apps.
