用開HTC Diamond，轉用iPhone，問calendar/contacts?

背景:
1.用緊HTC Diamond，入面的calendar/contacts已經有好多資料入左。
2.已經把HTC Diamond經Activesync sync 左calendar/contacts去PC的Outlook
3. 明天會到手iphone 3GS。
4. 我想轉用Google Calendar，因為Google calendar/contacts可以over the air和 iphone 3GS同步

問題:
1. 我要如何做，先可以把HTC Diamond/PC Outlook中的calendar/contacts sync 去Google?
2. 或者，我要如何做，先可以把HTC Diamond/PC Outlook中的calendar/contacts sync 去iphone 3GS，再sync去Google?

我都用緊老爺WM機，聽日都會收到3GS
暫時我DL左GoogleSync
Outlook 既資料會同Google 同步
無記錯iPhone3GS係可以同Google同步的~~
