Magic TV 3200S “Stage 2 not found”

My parent’s Magic TV 3200S could not turn on since yesterday.  It is stuck at the  "MAGIC TV" careen on the front panel.  I tried the “Rescue” procedure.  But all I got was the “Stage 2 not found” messge.

Any c ching know where I can get this fix?

Thx to wklie "ching" PM me the file and was successfully restored the 3200.
