避開WD is NO freaking way, since the brand has some very good internal drive models (laptop ones with native SATA)

避開焊死USB is always possible if you avoid ALL current MyA$$port, do research on other models, avoid generic 2.5" 2TB models, and/or DIY with external enclosure
