It just only uses ST libraries but it has an arduino pin out for all arduino's extension cards

There is no official arduino bootloader and STM32CubeF4 library is used to program a STM32 nucleo.

There are 50 GPIOs on Morpho expansion connectivity and 22 GPIOs on Arduino expansion connectivity .
