it syncs with my G1 automatically. Are you using the same a/c for google calendar (with holiday) and magic?

如果在 google calendar 已經掛上 "香港假期",
那麼在 Magic 上要把它打鉤才可看見.

did you enable the debug mode on your phone?
did you update the usb driver using the come with SDK?
By the way, you didn't mask your email address in the screenshot.
