Mesh/wireless backhaul - any suggestions?

Asking for a friend, who is looking for a Mesh system.

Objective: Use a tri-band router's second radio (Wifi 6) or MLO (Wifi 7) to create a wireless backhaul which is very reliable. A wired backhaul is not possible.

Property: 1500 ft flat with a few concrete walls.

Setup: Modem in living room. Main computers in study about 40 ft. away, blocked by two concrete walls.

Budget: Within $3,500. Wifi 6 or Wifi 7 both acceptable. The key is the stability and reliability of the wireless backhaul across concrete walls.

Is a Wifi 7 MLO wireless backhaul more stable than a Wifi 6 dedicated radio/5 GHz channel wireless backhaul?

Would the Asus ZenWifi XT9 AX7800 be a good choice? The Asus ZenWifi Pro XT12 AX11000 looks impressive but too expensive. Anything suitable from GL.iNet? Other brands?

Reliability depends on interference. If living in rural area, no worry.
