ASUS P4P-800X and Century 外置 HD 盒

My Motherboard is ASUS P4P-800X, there is no eSATA on this MB, only has SATA I x 2. I use one SATA for my HD so that there is another SATA port is idle.

If I use Century 外置 HD 盒, can I connect the eSATA port on the Century 外置 HD 盒  with the MB's SATA connector (By using the bracket)?  Will it be more stable than USB 2.0 ?
