DDR2退役，Micron DDR3 Benchable @ 1500 CL4

got a pair of micron ddr3 512m*2 1066 C7 and his gigabyte p35t-dq6 today.
played for 6hours, here are some exciting results.
can we say that ddr3 era is coming ?

E6850es G0, cooling by Thermalright Ultra-120 extreme.
Gigabyte P35T-DQ6 on stock.
Micron DDR3 512m*2 1066 C7
HIS HD2900XT
Topower 1200w
ambient=25c
ram cooling=8012, 2000rpm fan


1) 2.05v 1800 9-10-9-18 pi_1m



2) 2.1v 1318 4-4-3-10 pi_1m



3) 2.1v 1500 4-5-5-10 pi_1m
