Anybody using this memory with AMD CPU?
Any compatible problem?
Can this memory overclock to 1066Mhz under AMD environment?
Want to buy this memory tomorrow for my AMD machine.
Please help!!!

I experience no compatibility problems with my J&W 780G (128MB sideport) motherboard. Didn't try overclocking though.
