可能是 RAM Error or  接觸不良, 但非人為 RAM 故障率不高.
裝拆硬件要先關機斷電->用擦膠清潔RAM接腳->RAM 試用其他 Slot->隨條 RAM 試->如 MB 有內顯 試拔走 Display card mom接 MB
or
MB 有保用找代理商 Check (MB CPU RAM)

Identify your BIOS brand (not the MB brand), then find it on the right hand side menu.

4 short beep (common brand of BIOS):
AMI - The system clock/timer IC has failed(CMOS battery) or there is a memory error in the first bank of memory
AST - Either the keyboard controller IC or the associated circuitry has failed.  replace the keyboard first, then is still faulty, replace the keyboard controller IC
