What model is your 手機?  Does it also come with USB micro-B receptacle?
If so then it may also allow for USB charging as well

Some claim the 6120c does NOT support USB charging

The best bet is to get a USB voltage/current display and see if there's any current going through during USB connection
If not, then probably the 6120c does not support USB charging, and you'll have to revert to that DC charger
